We are know at the point where I must make my first Blog Post.

This is now Offical and I from now on will continue this.

Anyway, Lets Start.

Thanks to this YouTuber-  for uploading this.

Guilty Crown-                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            ギルティクラウン

What do you think this anime could be about with a name like that?

The story of Guilty Crown is set in 2039. The story goes around Shu Ouma, He is a teenager who by mistake acquired an ability called the “power of kings” this allows him to draw out “voids” within people.

Give me a dime for every time I’ve seen this plot theme. Boy has no power, wants power, gets power, uses it, misuses it, *Pick a Ending*.

The Setting of Guilty Crown is set in 2029 after the events of the “Apocalypse Virus” and sends Japan into a state of emergency. Known as the “Lost Christmas”. A international Organization “GHQ” uses martial law and restores order to Japan, but to some there was a cost.

10 years later in 2039, Shu Ouma, the 17 year old high school student who is your average student male character who keeps to himself. Shu has a place where he goes to get away from the world and keeps to himself there. But when entering his area he meets Inori Yuzuriha, the lead singer to Egoist. He finds out after the GHQ invades his area that Inori is part of Funeral Parlor, a group of terrorists or freedom fighters who fights the GHQ.

As Shu is defenceless and powerless, he allows them to take her away. Unknown to GHQ they forgot the robot guardian Funell.

Funell has something of great importance that must be taken to the shown location.

Shu knows he has to do something so he follows the trail Funell is showning him.

So far we have a kid who has no power and is pretty much useless.

A girl who was taken away by the GHQ.

Where does this leave us?

Simple, the chance to see Shu do something he would never do.

As Shu is following the map, he meets up with a gang who wants Funell, after Shu gets beat up a bit, our hero in hiding comes out of nowhere.

After Shu gets saved by Gai, Shu is asked where Inori is and with Shu just looks the other way.

Plot Twist!

There is an attack going on from the GHQ so Gai and the other FP members go to stop the attack.

Shu then goes and tries to find Inori.

After Shu sees Inori, he sees that she is about to be killed by a Endlave “A battle mech controlled by remote access from a HUB”.

This is where the item inside the robot breaks and Shu is given the “Power of the kings”.

After being branded by the power, Inori tells Shu to use her.

After Shu blows up the Endlave, We see Shu walk from a fire.

In which the episode ends.

My final impressions of Episode One of Guilty Crown is this:

– This is just like Code Geass the first time I saw it. When I heard of Code Geass, It didn’t capture my eyes.  So I skipped Code Geass until it got to episode 14 and one of my friends told me to watch it. It was by far one of the greatest animes I have seen. So not following my past habits, I watched Guilty Crown and the same feeling came about. The story uses a lot of known Genre’s that most anime uses. But Guilty Crown uses in such a way I am able to re-watch the episodes 2-4 times.  So I suggest you see  this anime and hope you enjoy it.

If you want to see this, I’d go to niconico.com and get a membership for 25 cents.

If not, check my list of anime sites here https://nyrasmirai.wordpress.com/20-2/
